Free shipping is either USPS first class parcel, UPS Ground or FedEX Ground. Priority is also available at an  additional cost.  Depending on the cost of the order, we may opt for a signature. This is to protect our shipment to you so that it doesn’t get lost or stolen. Orders of $400 or more will require a signature.

To help keep our prices low and the FREE SHIPPING alive, all returns are less a 15% restocking fee and must be new and unopened in the box or package. No installs, tests fitting, or opened handling.
No returns on used parts. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. We do not offer a color match guarantee with any item as each manufacture has their own color technique. Even products from the same manufacture can vary in color as batches will vary from time to time which we have no control over nor can we guarantee identical color matches. No returns after 15 days of receipt. We do not accept cancellations on orders. Please research the items you are purchasing with your local gunsmith or armor to know if they will work for your build.

Defect claims will be handled on a case by case basis and will require the manufacture to verify the defect claim. If the item is deemed defective by the manufacture, they will replace the item free of charge or we will refund 100%. Returns can take up to 30 days to process.
All returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please request return authorization prior to return. Return address: TACDOM WEB Return: PO BOX 474 Bonita CA 91908
